Wolf Hall leads British Academy Television Awards

The nominations for the House of Fraser British Academy Television Awards have been announced today by The British Academy of Film and Television Arts.

Celebrating the best of TV from 2015, this yearā€™s ceremony will be held at Londonā€™s Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 8th May 2016, two weeks after the British Academy Television Craft Awards on 24th April 2016.

Leading this year’s nominations is BBC drama Wolf Hall, which has picked up 4. Peter Kay’s Car Share and This Is England ’90 follow with 3 nominations each. The Great British Bake Off picks up its 5th consecutive nomination.
