Wayward Pines kicks off in the UK on Thursday night and it promises to be a twisty ride.
From M. Night Shymalan, the mysterious thriller stars Matt Dillon, Carla Gugino, Toby Jones, Shannyn Sossamon, Reed Diamond, Tim Griffin, Charlie Tahan, Juliette Lewis, Melissa Leo and Terrence Howard.
The first episode of the season is Where Paradise Is Home. A Secret Service agent’s investigation into the disappearance of two federal agents takes him to the strange town of Wayward Pines.
Wayward Pines was originally picked up for a 10 episode series back in 2013 and the episodes were filmed between August 2013 and February 2014. There’s a lot of buzz about the show and from what we’ve seen so far it owes more than just a nod to David Lynch’s iconic series Twin Peaks.
