Drunk History kicks off tonight on Comedy Central and we’ve got our hands on a clip for you to watch ahead of its transmission.
Based on the US web series produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, the UK series is narrated by comedian Jimmy Carr. Each episode features an ever-changing cast of actors and comedians as they travel across the country to present the rich tales that every city in this land has to offer.
Each episode of Drunk History features comedians getting very drunk in order to tell a true historical story they are passionate about. As they narrate these stories, slurred word for slurred word, a host of well-known actors, celebrities and other comedians act out these new, rather blurry versions of history.
Tonight’s episode features Rob Beckett and Kerry Howard narrating boozy tales from the reigns of Henry VIII & Queen Victoria.
