Trust Me series 2: get your first-look at Alfred Enoch in the new series

A first-look trailer has been released for Trust Me series 2.

The new series stars Alfred Enoch, John Hannah, Ashley Jensen, Katie Clarkson-Hill and Richard Ranking. Take a look at the trailer below:

Set in a Glasgow hospital, Trust Me follows the story of Corporal Jamie McCain, who is recovering from a spinal injury which has left him paralysed. He faces a new enemy as patients on the ward die unexpectedly around him.

Jamie believes the deaths are suspicious but unable to move, his investigation is dangerous and difficult. With everyone in the department hiding a secret, catching a culprit seems like an impossible task. But with Jamieā€™s behaviour becoming increasingly erratic, is the threat real or imagined?

Talking about the new series Dan Sefton, the show’s writer and executive producer, says, “Itā€™s a completely new story but itā€™s another tense psychological thriller set in a medical world. Jamie McCain is a soldier who suffers a spinal injury. He returns to the UK for rehab but soon starts to believe someone in the hospital is killing patients. Is he right, or does his mental breakdown mean heā€™s imagining things?”

Trust Me series 2 will air on BBC One soon.
