Mark’s (Sam Underwood) thirst for revenge got personal in the latest episode of The Following.
Having spooked Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) by leaving grisly tabelaus around New York recreating the murders of his family, Mark utilised his new killer followers to kidnap Special Agent Jeffrey Clarke (Felix Solis). He gave Ryan a deadline to confess his part in the murder of Lily Gray (Connie Nielsen) and used one of his followers to kill Clarke in a very disturbing way.
Ryan, Weston (Shawn Ashmore) and Max (Jessica Stroup) located Clarke and found his body distorted and packed into a custom built metal box.
The next episode of the season is Exposed. Following a devastating loss, Hardy, Weston and Max set out to hunt down who is responsible, leading Hardy to take a risk with deadly consequences.
