Sir Bruce Forsyth returns for Strictly Children In Need special

Strictly Come Dancing will be airing a BBC Children In Need special tonight and Sir Bruce Forsyth is back to host the show.

Forysth stepped down from his job as the main presenter of the show ahead of the new series but he’ll be back for tonight’s special and he’s hosting the Christmas special too with Tess Daly.

Tonight’s BBC Children In Need special will see four talented young ballroom champions take to the Strictly ballroom. They will showcase their skills in teams alongside professional dancers performing to You Make Me Feel So Young and Happy Feet.

Team Glitter is made up of Anton du Beke and Natalie Lowe with juniors Elliot and Mia, and Team Sparkle are Tristan MacManus and Aliona Vilani with juniors Daniel and Ella who will perform a combination of foxtrot and quickstep.

As always the Strictly judges – Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood – will cast their critical eyes over the performances.

In a Strictly first the teams of four will compete head-to-head in a bid to win the Pudsey glitterball trophy.

The BBC Children in Need appeal show is tonight on BBC One from 7.30pm. Take a look at some sneak peek images from the Strictly special:
