Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) turned to Leo Bergen (Paul Adelstein) for help on the latest episode of Scandal.
After failing to sort out the controversy surrounding her affair with Fitz (Tony Goldwyn), Olivia enlisted Leo’s help as she prepared to make a TV appearance to talk about the media storm. During her interview Olivia part apologised while appealing to the public to forgive her for making mistakes and following her heart rather than her head.
Elsewhere Cyrus (Jeff Perry) cosied up to Mellie (Bellamy Young) only to betray her when Fitz asked him back and Marcus (Cornelius Smith Jr) came clean to OPA about bribery attempts to get him to spill the beans about Olivia.
The next episode of the season is Get Out of Jail, Free. Fitz makes Olivia an elaborate offer to prevent her testifying.
