Hostages kicked off in the UK last night and the series received mixed reviews from the critics.
Personally we love the show and think if you just embrace it for what it is, you’ll find yourself hooked and thoroughly entertained. The show returns to Channel 4 next Saturday night at 9pm for its second episode Invisible Leash.
When Ellen (Toni Collette) stalls the attempt to assassinate the President during surgery, a furious Duncan (Dylan McDermott) threatens to take the life of a member of her family. Who will Duncan pick and will Ellen decide to co-operate?
There are plenty of twists and turns coming up so don’t think you’ve got it figured out quite yet.
