The relationship between Rayna (Connie Britton) and Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) took a few twists and turns during tonight’s episode of Nashville didn’t it?
The warring divas clashed when Rayna pulled out of their joint tour to spend more time with her family. Despite Juliette’s initial fury she soon came round when she saw first hand the struggle Maddie (Lennon Stella) is having coming to terms with Deacon (Charles Esten) being her real father.
Teddy (Eric Close) caused a ripple too with the news that he is engaged to his girlfriend Peggy (Kimberly Paisley Williams). Elsewhere Juliette gave in and asked Layla (Aubrey Peeples) to open for her whilst Gunnar (Sam Palladio) refused to let Will (Chris Carmack) record his song.
Next week’s episode, Don’t Open That Door, Scarlett (Clare Bowen) struggles to appear media confident. Rayna plans to free herself from her Edgehill contract. Gunnar and Avery (Jonathan Jackson) rehearse new songs with Zoey (Chaley Rose). Juliette receives a surprise at an Edgehill benefit concert.
