Phil (Ty Burrell) and Claire (Julie Bowen) continued to dislike their new neighbours in the latest episode of Modern Family.
During the annual Halloween celebrations, Claire took over despite telling Phil he could take charge this year. After he came up with AwesomeLand, Claire redressed the house and roped the kids in to out-do the neighbours. It completely failed when Claire was tricked by them and discovered they are as competition as she is.
Elsewhere in the episode Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) tried to learn more about Mitch’s (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) job, and Gloria (Sofia Vergara) argued with Jay (Ed O’Neill) over his Halloween costume.
The next episode of the season is Queer Eyes, Full Hearts. Haley (Sarah Hyland) tries to land a job with an influential stylist (Ugly Betty’s Michael Urie), while Gloria hires a hot Spanish teacher for Manny.
