The sixth season of Million Dollar Listing New York premieres on 26th May 2017 on hayu.
The new season sees Big Apple player Steve Gold join returning real estate experts Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant. Gold replaces Luis D. Ortiz who has officially retired from the industry.
Gold is a successful luxury broker at Town Residential, one of Manhattan’s top real estate agencies specializing in residential properties. He primarily focuses on luxury properties throughout downtown Manhattan and played a vital role in many marquee new developments in Greenwich Village, Flatiron, SoHo and the West Village.
“Apparently there’s a new shark in the pool,” Fredrik says about Gold.
Viewers can expect super-sized price tags this season and with Gold having sold over $100 million in real-estate, the competition will be pretty fierce.
There will also be drama as Fredrik and his husband Derek Kaplan face personal turmoil and Serhant experiences a personal crisis. The season will also feature surprise guests including Luis and Bethenny Frankel.
