Looking returned to Sky Atlantic HD this week kicking off its second season with a double bill.
Patrick (Jonathan Groff), Dom (Murray Bartlett) and Agustin (Frankie J. Alvarez) kicked off the season premiere, Looking for the Promised Land, by taking a break at Lynn’s (Scott Bakula) cabins but soon the weekend descended into drugs and sex for the trio. Patrick called his boss Kevin (Russell Tovey), who he’s now having an affair with, for a drug-induced hook-up whilst Dom tested the boundaries of his open relationship with Lynn.
In the second episode of the new season, Looking For Results, the stresses of having an affair made Patrick (Jonathan Groff) paranoid he’d contracted HIV, Dom was honest with Lynn about his sexcapade at the cabin, and Agustin spiralled back into drink and drugs only to be found passed out on the street by Richie (Raul Castillo).
Looking continues this week with another double-bill of all new episodes. In the first episode Looking Top to Bottom, Patrick looks forward to spending an ‘official’ night with Kevin, and bridges are built when Agustin visits Richie at his barber shop.
In the second episode Looking Down the Road, being the other man eats away at Patrick when he spots Kevin at a farmers’ market. Agustin, meanwhile, is feeling inspired.
