The Last Ship hits the half-way point of its first season on Friday.
In the latest episode Chandler (Eric Dane) and his crew hit a rather huge problem when mechanicals left the ship without a water supply. As the crew began to suffer from dehydration they managed to find a way to get the ship moving and found themselves close to land.
Elsewhere Dr. Rachel Scott (Rhona Mitra) needed Quincy (Sam Spruell) to help her with the vaccine but he took a bit of persuading following his disgrace a few episodes back when it was revealed he was working with the Russians who had his family.
The next episode of the season is El Toro. A tough moral dilemma looms for Chandler and his crew when they encounter a drug dealer-turned-dictator during a jungle-based mission.
