Kellan Lutz and Malin Akerman will be returning for the new limited series of The Comeback it has been confirmed.
Lisa Kudrow’s short-lived HBO series will be returning for a 6-episode run and Deadline has confirmed that both Lutz and Akerman will reprise their roles. Although they aren’t expected to feature in all 6 episodes of the new season, the two stars will appear in at least two episodes as Chris MacNess and Juna Millken.
Chris and Juna were the co-stars of Valerie Cherish’s (Lisa Kudrow) comeback vehicle Room and Bored. In the first season of the show Valerie formed a friendship with Juna but became jealous of her success and popularity very quickly.
Recently Lisa Kudrow released a video featuring Valerie urging people to follow the show on Twitter.
The Comeback is expected to return in the US this autumn.
