ITV have unveiled the schedule for their live coverage of the Guinness 6 Nations Championship 2019.
The channel will air 8 matches throughout the six weeks of the tournament. The first game will be Ireland v England on Saturday 2nd February.

Sat 9th Feb – Italy v Wales, ko 1645, transmission from 1600-1900
Sun 10th Feb – England v France, ko 1500, transmission from 1415-1730
Sun 24th Feb – Italy v Ireland, ko 1500, transmission from 1415-1730
Sat 9th Mar – England v Italy, ko 1645, transmission from 1600-1900
Sun 10th Mar – Ireland v France, ko 1500, transmission from 1415-1730
Sat 16th Mar – Italy v France, ko 1230, transmission from 1200-1445 PLUS England v Scotland, ko 1700, transmission from 1615-1930
The 6 Nations 2019 coverage kicks off ITV’s year of live rugby, which will include the Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan from September. It’s the fourth of a six-year deal between ITV and BBC that sees them share the 6 Nations matches on TV and online. Find out which matches BBC One will be airing.
ITV’s coverage will be presented by Mark Pougatch, Jill Douglas, Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio, Sir Clive Woodward, former Ireland captain Brian O’Driscoll, former Wales captain Gareth Thomas, former Scotland and Lions coach Sir Ian McGeechan, England Women World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi, former England international Ugo Monye, former Italian captain Marco Bortolami and former Scotland international Jim Hamilton.
Martin Bayfield will combine presenting duties with his role as reporter. The commentary will come from Nick Mullins, Miles Harrison and Martin Gillingham, plus co-commentators Shane Williams, Gordon D’Arcy, Ben Kay, Scott Hastings and David Flatman.
Bringing viewers all the latest developments from in and around the stadia will be reporter Gabriel Clarke.
The ITV 6 Nations podcast will return this year hosted by David Flatman and Tom Shanklin. There will be 8 episodes including a preview of the tournament.
ITV will simulcast their matches live on the ITV Hub so viewers can watch online.
