House of Cards: The Complete Fourth Season will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on 4th July 2016 through Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright return as Frank and Claire Underwood and the action picks up after Claire’s shock announcement that she was leaving Frank at the end of season 3. The season reveals even more of the dark twisted underbelly of politics as the Underwood’s continue their pursuit of power, battling everyone in their way, including each other.
Guest stars for the fourth season include Cicely Tyson (How To Get Away With Murder), Neve Campbell (the Scream franchise), Ellen Burstyn (Interstellar), Joel Kinnaman (The Killing) and Colm Feore (Thor). Returning actors include Michael Kelly (Person of Interest), Molly Parker (Dexter), Mahershala Ali (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay), Derek Cecil (Treme), Jimmi Simpson (The Newsroom), Nathan Darrow (Rigged), Jayne Atkinson (Criminal Minds), Larry Pine (Hostages) and Curtiss Cook (Blue Bloods).
House of Cards: The Complete Fourth Season will feature all 13 episodes from the season.
The series is created by playwright and screenwriter Beau Willimon (Farragut North; The Ides of March, Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay, 2011), and is executive produced by Beau Willimon, Eric Roth, Joshua Donen, Kevin Spacey, Dana Brunetti, Andrew Davies, Michael Dobbs, John David Coles and David Fincher.
