London’s Honest Burgers are launching the Louisiana burger to celebrate the release of True Blood Season 5 on Blu-ray and DVD.
The Louisiana burger will be available for one-month only from 20th May in their Brixton and Soho restaurants. The burger consists of a Cajun Blackened Patty (with aged Ginger Pig beef served pink and juicy), Bloody Mary ketchup, fried onions, beef tomato and blood leaf. You can also get a True Bloody Mary to wash it down with.
Tom Barton, co-founder of Honest Burders said, ‘This month’s special has given us the chance to explore the flavours of Louisiana – we’re thrilled to be working with HBO and hope the customers enjoy our True Blood inspired Louisiana burger.’
On Monday 20th May the burger will launch at 7pm and the Honest Burgers’ Soho branch will be given a True Blood makeover for one-night only. The recipe will also be made available online for fans to make their own burgers.
