Hannibal season 3: 10 things we want

Hannibal

  1. Frank says:

I don’t think Will and Margot have unfinished business… I don’t think that Margot will gloat on the death of her unborn child, it is simply more important she has a Verger baby… Which leads to one of my main wishes is that Margot gets her girlfriend in this series. Will might still be upset about it but I don’t think there is time to show that amongst everything else.

  2. Leannan says:

Jack is a major character in Red Dragon and SotL. I doubt he’s dead already.

    1. Corby Daniel says:

I agree. Plus, they haven’t finished his story with his wife.

      1. Frank says:

Think his Wife is the only thing ACTUALLY left to complete personally, as his material with Will has been done already and his material with Clarice has been done via Miss Lass

        1. Corby Daniel says:

In the novels Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs, there is plenty of material left for Crawford that hasn’t been covered.

  3. Nick says:

don’t quite know if the person writing this knows the Hannibal story, or they would’ve known that Jack Crawford has to survive since he’s there for Silence of the Lambs

    1. Pip_EntFocus says:

Hannibal isn’t necessarily going to follow the paths of Red Dragon etc so there is a chance he could die. Plus Laurence Fishburne is a regular in a new show for the 2014-2015 season…

  4. respphys says:

Jack is not dead as he is a key character in the future fims. Does this writer even know that????

    1. William VanderVoort says:

This series is not part of the silence of the lambs canon. The producers don’t even have the rights to silence of the lambs. Essentially Hannibal is a reboot. The writers can do what they want.

      1. Pip_EntFocus says:

Exactly. That’s what I was going to say! People don’t seem to realise the show exists in a similar but ultimately very different universe.

  5. Melinda Cochran says:

    I want Jack back!!!

  6. Adrian Collins says:

Saw the final two episodes last night and what and end it was! Can’t wait now for S3 to arrive. There were some really shocking, quite disturbing moments in it e.g. the face feeding scene. That is the one thing that jars with me slightly with shows like this is that they are quite happy to show gory scenes such as dismembered bodies etc but baulk at showing any slight nudity. Not nudity for nudity’s sake but scenes such as characters in bed together will get up and drag their bed covers with them so as not to show any flesh. Maybe this is the censorship in America where mutilation and murder is fine but showing a naked body is abhorrent. Just takes away some of the realism for me that’s all.

Anyway that was slightly of topic. Great show with an amazing cast. Jack cant survive after losing so much blood, can he?

  7. Biscione says:

Who is Commander Apache? I think the writer means Chief Inspector Pazzi.

    1. RyanMorgan says:

I thought that lol! The Indians are coming, run Hannibal! 😉 .. Would he be in next season though? I mean surely he’s right towards the end if he was in Hannibal (film).

      1. Pip_EntFocus says:

Oops! I’ve corrected that. My enthusiasm got the better of me 🙂

      2. Frank says:

They are inserting the Hannibal storyline here and providing an original story after Silence of the Lambs, or whatever takes it’s place

  8. Neil says:

I wish they had got the rights to the SOTL characters, would have enjoyed seeing the young Clarice being brought into this story. I wonder if they are going to introduce The Monster of Florence into the story next season?
