Gotham finally arrives in the UK on Monday and the buzz about the show from the US is deafening.
Without a doubt Gotham is one of the biggest new shows of the year and tells the story of Gotham City pre-Batman. In the pilot episode of the show Detective Gordon (Ben McKenzie) investigates the killings of billionaires Thomas and Martha Wayne, parents of the 12-year old Bruce (David Mazouz).
Over the course of the first season expect to see younger versions of lots of familiar characters including Selena Kyle (Camren Bicondova), Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) and Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor).
The show also stars Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney and Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock.
