A series of first-look images have arrived showing Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf in Netflix’s upcoming Lemony Snicket adaptation A Series of Unfortunate Events.
The Emmy and Tony Award-winner takes on the lead in the series and he looks unrecognisable as the dastardly Count Olaf. The series also stars Patrick Warburton (Lemony Snicket), Joan Cusack (Justice Strauss), Malina Weissman (Violet Baudelaire) and Louis Hynes (Klaus Baudelaire).
A Series of Unfortunate Events is based on the internationally best-selling series of books by Lemony Snicket. The show recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans – Violet, Klaus, and Sunny ā whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parentsā mysterious death.
