EastEnders’ fans saw Jane Beale (Laurie Brett) propose to her ex-husband Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) on Christmas Eve.
The reunited couple will tie the knot during EastEnders’ 30th anniversary celebrations. The soap will air a series of live episodes with the murder of Lucy Beale (Hetti Bywater) also coming to its conclusion.
Jane and Ian will marry on 19th February 2015 so fans can start counting down to the wedding now. They previously married in 2007 but their marriage ended causing Jane to leave Albert Square.
Ian previously married Cindy Williams (Michelle Collins) in 1989, Melanie Healy (Tamzin Outhwaite) in 1999 and Laura Dunn (Hannah Waterman) in 2001. This will be the fifth wedding for Ian in the history of the soap.
