Britney Spears will be appearing on the festive edition of Surprise Surprise tonight.
Airing on ITV at 8pm the Surprise Surprise Christmas Special sees the popstar surprise 27-year-old fan James Colburn who was nominated by his younger sister Sadie for all the support he has given her.
Sadie gave birth to twins prematurely and they were both diagnosed with cerebral palsy a year after being born. James has helped his sister raising the children and she wanted to show how grateful she is.
For the surprise JLS’ Marvin Humes takes the siblings to The Savoy in London for afternoon tea and surprises them when Britney appears as their waitress.
