Birds of a Feather returns for new series

Birds of a Feather returns to our screens on Thursday 2nd January for a brand new series on ITV.

The sitcom sees Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph return as Sharon, Tracey and Dorian. For the new series McBusted member Matt Willis and Quirke’s son Charlie join the show as Garth and Travis Stubbs respectively.

The first episode of the new series airs at 8.30pm on Thursday and is called Gimme Shelter. The synopsis for the episode is:

Sharonā€™s living back in her council flat and Traceyā€™s still in Chigwell with younger son Travisā€¦ but whatā€™s become of Dorien? What can bring the Birds back together? And who else might return to the nest?

Birds of a Feather’s new series has been written by original writers Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran along with Gary Lawson and John Phelps.
