The latest episode of Billions, saw Axe (Damian Lewis) hit it off with a venture capitalist.

Axe continued his mission to destroy Taylor (Asia Kate Dillion) and made sure all the banks refused to invest with them. He also became interested in a venture capitalist named Rebecca Cantu (Nina Arianda) after seeing her destroy the pitch of a robotics company.
He had his team look into her and took down a cleaning company called Eureka who were rivals to one of her businesses. Axe later went for dinner with Rebecca and the pair hit it off, agreeing to do business and then off home together for sex.
Taylor struggled thanks to Axe’s efforts but was given a proposition by Andolov (John Malkovich) to take money from some dangerous friends of his, the Kozlov brothers. Taylor came up with a plan to agree to Andolov but have the Kozlov’s pull out. This involved making Axe think they were going to take money from the Kozlov’s and then Axe making sure they didn’t have it to give. This impressed Andolov who promised to get the banks back on side.
Elsewhere, Chuck (Paul Giamatti) did a favour for the Commissioner (Michael Rispoli). In return he endorsed Chuck for as the next Attorney General. Connerty (Toby Leonard Moore) vowed to prevent it from happening.

The next episode is Chickentown. Axe has to step in when a tip from Dollar Bill goes south quickly. Chuck faces a threat to his new career aspirations.
