BAFTA Television and Craft Awards 2019: Killing Eve and A Very English Scandal lead the nominations

Killing Eve looks set to continue its awards streak picking up 14 nominations across the Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards and British Academy Television Craft Awards 2019.

The hit series starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer picked up nominations in the following categories: Costume Design, Director Fiction, Editing Fiction, Original Music, Photography & Lighting Fiction, Production Design, Sound Fiction, Titles and Graphic Identity, Writer Drama, Drama Series, Leading Actress (2), Supporting Actress and Supporting Actor.

A Very English Scandal, starring Hugh Grant, picked up 12 nominations, Patrick Melrose picked up 6 and Bodyguard and The Little Drummer Girl picked up 5 each.

The Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards ceremony will be held at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 12 May with the British Academy Television Craft Awards taking place two weeks earlier on Sunday 28 April at The Brewery, London.
