The shortlist for this year’s BAFTA Radio Times Audience Award have been revealed.
Homeland, The Great British Bake Off and the Olympics Opening Ceremony are among the shortlisted shows, as well as Call the Midwife and Strictly Come Dancing.
Voting has been open since 9am this morning (April 2nd) and closes at midnight on the 9th of May.

Amanda Berry OBE, Chief Executive of BAFTA, said: “The variety of programmes nominated for this year’s Radio Times Audience Award reflects the increasing diversity of tastes among British viewers. Each one of the programmes has captured our attention, and it will be fascinating to see which one is the public’s favourite when we reveal the winner on Sunday 12 May.”

Hosted by Graham Norton, the Awards will be held at the Royal Festival Hall, on London’s iconic South Bank, on Sunday 12 May 2013 and will be broadcast on BBC One.
