Twisted Loaf will bring their debut show Half Baked to London’s Soho Theatre on Wednesday 5th to Saturday 8th November 2014.
The comedy duo’s grotesque show is completely bonkers, brash and bold. Twisted Loaf are Nina Smith and Libby Northedge, two highly experienced physical performers that have honed their individual skills in acting, comedy improvisation and clowning to create their own unique style.
Watch their hilariously fraught relationship gradually unravel from cabaret show to chaos, as they perform a collection of sketches that mercilessly explode female archetypes. Meet David, an old man who needs his dinner whilst all Margaret wants is crumpet. Then there’s Miranda, who gives her best friend Totty a make-over she’ll never forget. Or two moronic girls who talk each other to death.
Twisted Loaf won the Funny Women Award within a year of forming and are now developing an idea for BBC Radio 4 Comedy and BBC Three’s online Comedy Feeds.
