The Mikado comes to The Tabard

If you like a bit of Gilbert and Sullivan why not get yourself along to Chiswick’s Tabard Theatre between 20th February and 17th March where their classic The Mikado is playing?

After their success with Ruddigore and The Pirates of Penzance, the producers Pulling Focus Ltd are aiming to catch the G&S magic for a third time.

This may be a Mikado like one you’ve never seen before as director Matthew Johnson transports the action from the oriental town of Titipu to the gentrified eccentric English world of a golf club, complete with its honoured rules, rituals and regulations!
