Oysterband will play at City Varieties this March. They emerge from their hugely successful collaboration with June Tabor, the multi-award winning Ragged Kingdom, with a brand new album of original songs full of big, open melodies and uplifting, insightful lyrics. Ever close to tradition, Oysterband have re-discovered their song-writing roots and, following a superb run of festivals in 2013, their passion for live performances. In 2014 the band returns with a classic mix of old and new songs. Consistently creative, Oysterband continue to re-define their particular brand of Folk-rock and find an even bigger audience.
