Don’t Wake Me comes to the Cockpit

Based on a true story, Don’t Wake Me concerns a mother’s love for her son Nihal, the boy who would become a poet, yet was born to silence.

Don’t Wake Me is written by Rahila Gupta and directed by Guy Slater, and plays from Monday 3rd June until Saturday 22nd June, at 7:00pm, The Cockpit , Gateforth Street, Marylebone NW8 8EH. Tickets are £12/£10 concession and can be booked by calling the box office on 020 7258 2925 (From 12 noon Mon- Sat) or through the Cockpit website.

TV and stage actress Jaye Griffiths (Silent Witness, Coronation Street, Criminal Justice) performs the dramatic and moving story of a mother’s tireless battles and inspiring triumphs in her struggle for her disabled son’s rights.

Twin tickets for Don’t Wake Me and Blair’s Children, which plays the same nights at the later time of 8.30pm, are available for £20 (from Wed 5th June).
