The nominations for the 2014 Olivier Awards with MasterCard were announced earlier today.
Leading the pack with seven nominations each are new musical Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the acclaimed revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along. Best New Musical nominess Once, The Book of Mormon and The Scottsboro Boys each received six nominations.
Elsewhere in the nominations the Micahel Grandage Season picked up four nominations including Best Actor for Jude Law and Best Actress for Judi Dench.
The 2014 Olivier Awards with MasterCard will take place on Sunday 13th April 2014 at the Royal Opera House.
