Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group tried to muster support in their fight against the Saviors on the latest episode of The Walking Dead.
Jesus (Tom Payne) took them to the Kingdom, after they gathered support from the Hilltop with the exception of Gregory (Xander Berkeley). At the Kingdom, the group met Ezekiel (Khary Payton) who hesitated to help them but offered Daryl (Norman Reedus) sanctuary so he wasn’t caught by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
On their way back to Alexandria, Rick and the group retrieved explosives from a trap set by the Saviors. When they arrived home, the Saviors turned up looking for Daryl and ransacked the compound.
Elsewhere Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) disappeared after taking the group’s supplied and left clues for the group to find him. His trail led them to a parking lot where they were surrounded by a strange group of survivors.
The next episode of the season is New Best Friends. On the search for a missing Alexandrian, Rick and his group encounter a mysterious collective, its inhabitants unlike any they have come across.
