Bonnie (Kat Graham) tried to curb her murderous urges on the latest episode of The Vampire Diaries.
The witch put herself to sleep to try and prevent a killing spree and Caroline (Candice King) and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) both tried to get in her head to help her overcome her urges. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) also tried but Bonnie woke up and warned her friends to run from her.
A vicious confrontation with Damon almost ended up in Bonnie killing him but Matt (Zach Roerig) stepped in and shot her with a tranquilliser. Damon and Enzo realised that they had to get into the vault that Bonnie sealed to get the Everlasting’s body and severe her connection to save her life.
Elsewhere in the episode Caroline and Stefan (Paul Wesley) had a heart-to-heart and tried to move past their difficult history.
The season finale is Gods and Monsters. Despite their best efforts to help Bonnie through the harrowing predicament she now faces, Damon, Enzo and Caroline realise their options are running out and drastic measures need to be taken.
