The Flash is charging back onto UK screens on Thursday to kick off its fifth season.
At the end of season 4 Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) received a shock when their daughter Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) arrived from the future. Once they got over the shock that they have a daughter, they were concerned when she admitted she’d made ‘a big, big mistake’ travelling back in time.
Prior to that bombshell, Team Flash worked with Marlize (Kim Engelbrecht) to defeat The Thinker (Neil Sandilands) while Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) went into labour. They managed to outwit The Thinker and save Ralph (Hartley Sawyer), whose body The Thinker was inhabiting, in the process.
Harry’s (Tom Cavanagh) brain was reset and restored by Marlize, preventing him from losing his intelligence. He decided to return to Earth-2 to be with his daughter.
The first episode of season 5 is Nora. After an unexpected guest from the future appears at their home, Barry and Iris must figure out how to get her back to the future without disrupting the timeline.
