Barry (Grant Gustin) asked the team to try and prove that fellow inmate Ratchet (Bill Goldberg) was innocent of the crime he was imprisoned for on the latest episode of The Flash.
The actual culprit was Sylbert Rundine (Derek Mears), who turned out to be one of the bus metas. He had acquired the ability to shrink and enlarge objects and after being found out, he shrunk Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Ralph (Hartley Sawyer).
The team were locked into a race against time once Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) realised that if Cisco and Ralph didn’t return to their normal size, their bodies would explode. Harry (Tom Cavanagh) tricked Rundine into re-enlarging them but he couldn’t get him to confess to the crime he’d committed.
After learning that Ratchet wanted to live out his days in a secluded Chinese village, Barry used his speed to break him out and take him there. Unfortunately he was caught on camera by the prison warden, who locked him in the private metahuman wing and planned to sell him to Amunet (Katee Sackhoff).
Elsewhere in the episode Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) developed telepathic abilities that caused issues with Joe (Jesse L. Martin).
The next episode of the season is True Colors. Barry must choose between protecting his identity and saving his cellmates when Amunet comes shopping for superpowers at Iron Height’s meta wing.
