Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) significantly altered the timeline at the end of season 2 of The Flash.
Following his defeat of Zoom (Teddy Sears), Barry and Iris (Candice Patton) shared a kiss. Iris told Barry to do what he needed to do and that she would always be there for him so he decided to go back in time and save his mother.
The implications of Barry’s actions have kept us hooked all summer and next week UK fans can finally find out what Barry’s life is like now that his parents are still alive. Be warned that it’s very different to the life Barry has left behind.
The next episode of the season is Flashpoint. The Reverse-Flash taunts the Flash, and warns of repercussions if Barry continues to forget his old life; when disaster strikes, Barry must decide whether to live as Barry Allen or return to his universe as The Flash.
