The task force tried to stop a group of blacklisters known as The Invisible Hand on the latest episode of The Blacklist.
A group of childhood friends, The Invisible Hand were targeting and murdering people that were connected to the toxic pollution of the town they all grew up in. The activities of those people directly affected the group and their family members, resulting in deaths and for one of the group a deadly exposure to radiation.
As Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) and Samar (Mozhan Marno) tracked down the group, after the burial site for their victims was found, it transpired that one of The Invisible Hand could lead Reddington (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) to the Toymaker, a man who made the artificial eye that used to belong to Navarro (Happy Anderson).

Meanwhile Liz made a discovery in Tom’s (Ryan Eggold) belongings than led her, unknowingly, to her own grandfather. He lied to her and didn’t reveal his identity.
Thanks to the Toymaker, Liz and Red learned that the man responsible for Tom’s death was a US Marshall and it was revealed to viewers that the detective who has been on Liz’s case for much of the season, was in league with him.
Liz also asked Harold (Harry Lennix) to let her return to the task force as she believed that was the only way she would find Tom’s killers.
The next episode of the season is Mr. Raleigh Sinclair III. The team hunt a Blacklister with a knack for creating watertight alibis. Liz sees a psychotherapist as she tries to get her badge back.
