WiFi your HiFi with Goodmans Module

Goodmans have released Module, a high specification audio adaptor that connects to your HiFi and enables it to stream online music services.

Connected via line-out or digital optical, the adaptor gives your existing Hi-Fi a new lease of life. Module works with Spotify Connect, which can be controlled from the Spotify app, and gives access to 100,000 Internet radio stations with the ability to save and store your favourite stations.

Alongside Spotify, Module also supports Napster, Aupeo, TuneIn and more. You can also stream content stored on your smartphone or tablet, and from your local network.

Module allows the streaming playback of hi-res audio files up to 192kHz at 24bit which is better than CD quality. Working over your existing network with no additional hubs, Module features class leading 2×2 WiFi solution providing a high quality and reliable connection with less drops in music playback.

It can also form part of an expandable multi-room system allowing you to add more speakers when you are ready. The system is powered by Qualcomm Allplay. This means any Qualcomm Allplay enabled product can be added, no matter the manufacturer.

The free Jukebox app is available for smartphones giving users the ability to control of the multi-room, playback and content discovery features. You can choose and control audio sources, create playlists and select multiple connected speakers for wireless playback.
