Olivia (Kerry Washington) raced against time to cover her tracks when Quinn (Katie Lowes) disappeared on the latest episode of Scandal.
The night before her wedding day Quinn confronted Olivia about her role in the death of President Rashad (Faran Tahir) and his niece. The next day Quinn didn’t turn up for her wedding and it looked as if she’d got cold feet but it soon transpired that she’d been taken by someone.
Realising that she was going to implicated in Quinn’s disappearance, Olivia called on Jake (Scott Foley) to help cover her tracks. They pinned Quinn’s disappearance on Glackland (Dean Norris), who Charlie kidnapped and tortured. Huck (Guillermo Diaz) stopped him and proved that Glackland wasn’t involved.
Meanwhile Mellie (Bellamy Young) reacted badly to Rashad’s death and threatened the ambassador that she was going to declare war on the rebels. After a conversation with Marcus (Cornelius Smith Jr.), Mellie had a change of heart and pushed forward with her peace treaty.
The mid-season finale is Something Borrowed. Shocking revelations leave everyone reeling.
