Pretty Little Liars 7×12 These Boots Were Made For Stalking recap

Jenna (Tammin Sursok) returned to Rosewood on the latest episode of Pretty Little Liars and boy did she have a tale to spin.

Walking blind

Detective Fury (Nichola Gonzalez) was pretty surprised when Jenna walked into his office this week and had to almost physically restrain Spencer (Troian Bellisario) from attacking her. Jenna spun a story that painted her as Noel Kahnā€™s (Brant Daughtery) unwitting accomplice with no choice but to do as she was told. Complete with fake tears, Jenna tried to take the spotlight off herself and for the most part it worked.

Pretty nasty piece of work

Emily (Shay Mitchell) met Alison 2.0 in the shape of Addison (Ava Allan) this week and it wasnā€™t a pleasant experience. Knowing that Addison was deliberately missing swimming sessions, Emily decided to drop her from the team so Addison struck back in a way that would have made Alison (Sasha Pieterse) proud.

Observing that there was chemistry between Emily and both Paige (Lindsey Shaw) and Alison, Addison caught some photos of Emily being touchy feely with Alison and took them to Paige. She claimed that Emily had been inappropriate with her and some of the other girls on the swim team. Paige promised to deal with it and appealed to Emily to be careful around Addison.

Frustrated, Emily roped Alison into continuing playing A.D.ā€™s board game and they received a video of Addison getting high with her boyfriend in his car. Emily confronted Addison and by the time sheā€™d finished venting, the video had already been sent to the principal landing Addison in serious trouble. In exchange for playing the game, A.D. left the next jigsaw piece in Emilyā€™s pigeonhole.

Losing my identity

Spencer spent a lot of this weekā€™s episode angry about the situation she found herself in thanks to her parents many years of lies. She managed to get Veronica (Lesley Fera) to admit that Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) wasnā€™t aware of who Spencerā€™s mother really is but Veronica dropped another bomb when she revealed that the Hastings were selling their house and moving out of Rosewood.

Fashion faux pas

Hanna (Ashley Benson) was less than impressed when Mona (Janel Parrish) took clothes out of her closet to present to their newly appointed clothes horse. One of the dresses held bad memories for Hanna from her time working for dragon Claudia, and of course thatā€™s the one their celebrity client wanted to wear. No sooner had Hanna had a meltdown over the dress, she was shocked to see Jenna wearing a variation of it at The Radley.

Accompanied by Caleb (Tyler Blackburn), Hanna went to Philadelphia on a mission to uncover what Jenna was up to. Hanna went into a cobblers, where she had shoes in for repair, and wound up being tormented by A.D. and locked in a cage. The experience brought back flashbacks from her kidnap and left her shaken.

Third wheel

Aria (Lucy Hale) skated on very dangerous ground this week as she struggled to cope with Ezra (Ian Harding) being away comforting Nicole (Rebecca Breeds). She turned to Holden (Shane Coffey) and threw herself into helping him out for the day. On a whim, Aria decided to try and visit Rebecca but Holden followed her and stopped her from making a huge mistake. Is it just me or might Holden have more than friendly feelings for his old chum?
