Watch: Broods premiere the video for their new track Peach

LA-based, New Zealand-born duo Broods aka siblings Georgia and Caleb Nott, have unveiled the music video for new single Peach.

The video was directed by fellow New Zealander Sam Kristofski and it finds the duo appearing on a 70s talk show. Things get bizarre very quickly and it’s better if you just watch us than let us try to explain it…

Broods says, ā€œAs artists, you feel things at a much more extreme level than people who probably donā€™t spend most of their time inside their own heads. ā€˜Peachā€™ is about feeling all over the place all the time, and then celebrating those moments when everything feels awesome.ā€

Peach was released last month shortly after the band signed with Neon Gold/Atlantic Records. It has picked up more than 4 million streams across the world and been featured on Spotifyā€™s Pop Rising and Mood Booster playlists.

The track is the first single lifted from Broods’ third album, due in early 2019.

The dup had a breakthrough in 2014 with single Bridges from their debut album Evergreen. Broods’ sophomore record Conscious arrived in June 2016 and the band have played festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza and Outside Lands.
