Shayne Ward premiered new track The Way You Were on BBC Leeds One on One radio show earlier this week.
The mid-tempo pop track was co-written by Shayne with Mike Stock and will be included on his new album Closer, which is released on 12th April 2015. Closer also features Shayne’s new single My Heart Would Take You Back and a cover of the Sugababes’ hit About You Now.
Closer is Shayne’s first album release since 2010’s Obsession, the last released under his record deal with Syco. To date Shayne has sold over 3 million albums, been awarded 14 platinum discs and hit number 1 in 9 countries.
