Prides will release new single I Should Know You Better on 29th September 2014.
The song is the third release from the band and follows The Seeds You Sow and Messiah.
Singer, Stewart Brock says, āLots of songs are love songs. And lots of our songs are love songs, but we try to approach them from a slightly unconventional angle if we can. āI Should Know You Betterā is about not trusting your own feelings. How can you be in love with someone if youāre still finding out things about them? Itās about doubt and fear and love, all wrapped up together.
It came to life after we listened to The Waterboys āWhole of the Moonā – that song really informed the way we wanted to go about the lyrics and melody. Itās uplifting, and very poetic, repetitive, rhythmic.ā
