One Direction have announced a series of additional dates for their On The Road Again 2015 tour.
Ahead of the release of their new studio album Four, due on 17th November, One Direction have added six European shows, starting at Ernst Happel Stadion, Vienna, Austria on June 10th 2015, moving on to Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and ending in Finland on June 27th 2015. The 17-city North American tour will then kick off on July 9th 2015 at the Qualcomm stadium in San Diego, Cali and include stops in East Rutherford, Chicago, Boston, Detroit and Seattle, amongst others.
Niall comments, “We could not be more excited about the new tour. We’ve started rehearsing songs from the new album and can’t wait for the fans to hear them live. We’re just so very thankful to our amazingly loyal fans – they make it possible for us to play in these incredible places and continue to surprise us every day with their unwavering support.”
The music video for the group’s new single Steal My Girl is expected to debut today. One Direction have also been named as the winner of Best UK & Ireland Act at the 2014 MTV EMA as voted for by the public.
