Mutya Keisha Siobhan talk new album

Mutya Keisha Siobhan celebrated the premiere of their new single Flatline with a Google+ Hangout last night.

The trio went online to chat to fans and talk about reforming. Talking about the new album they said, “It came together really naturally. We all got a bit emotional and decided that we should deinitely pursue making an album, and now here we are!”

They teased fans with the promise of live dates by saying, “There are lot of exciting things that we will be announcing soon! We’re very excited because we haven’t been on tour together. We’ll have an announcement in the next week or two about live dates!”

Mutya Keisha Siobhan also revealed their favourite song from their forthcoming album with Mutya saying, “We did a track called ‘Back In The Day’ which is about us when we were younger. It explains our whole lives in one song!” before Siobhan agreed, “I love that song because it talks about how we used to balance our school life and our studio life. Studio used to win out and we ended up having home schooling. We obviously gave up quite a lot to make One Touch; a lot of our teenage years. We talk about that on ‘Back In The Day’ and that’s quite emotional.”

Flatline is released on 1st September 2013. Listen to Flatline below:
