More artists announced as final details revealed for C2C

C2C: Country to Country returns to London’s O2 Arena next week and the final details have been announced for the festival.

The line-up for the pop-up stages has added Charlie Worsham, Sadie and the Hot Heads, Laura Oakes, Lucy May, American Young and Jess and the Bandits. The acts will join the already packed line-up to perform on the pop-up stages around The O2 Arena for festival goers and members of the public.

It has also been announced that an official app will be available for this year’s festival. The app can be downloaded for free from Apple App Store (http://po.st/C2CApp) and Google Play (http://po.st/C2CAppGP). It will feature all stage timings, exclusive C2C announcements, artist info plus notifications about signings, competitions, secret performances and much more. App users can create their own personalised C2C festival postcard and share their own photos using the custom C2C Festival photo frame.

This year’s C2C will welcome over 50,000 country music fans for the three-day event. The main stage will feature headline performances from Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood and Eric Church. Each day they will be supported by the best Country music stars including Sam Hunt, Little Big Town and Kacey Musgraves.

C2C will officially kick off at 4pm on Friday 11th March 2016 and 10am on Saturday 12th March and Sunday 13th March when the Town Square Market opens and the first Pop Up stage starts. Fans should also expect surprise artist announcements across the weekend and are urged to download the brand new C2C App and follow the C2C social channels to keep updated.

This year’s festival will see selected C2C artists record acoustic songs live in an intimate venue in front of an audience (access for C2C ticket or wrist band holders on a per capacity basis). Artists will include Maren Morris, Charlie Worsham, High Valley, American Young, Brooke Eden and more.

Also for the first time the British iTunes editorial team are creating a branded page on iTunes featuring performers at the event and C2C themed playlists on Apple Music. This will launch on Friday 4th March and run for two weeks across their main and country pages.

C2C takes place at London’s O2 Arena from Friday 11th March until Sunday 13th March 2016.
