Leona Lewis teams up with The Body Shop

Leona Lewis is teaming up with The Body Shop as a brand activist for the company.

Known as an animal lover and a long-time vegetarian, Leona is backing The Body Shop’s unique vision of cruelty-free beauty. As part of the partnership Leons will help The Body Shop and NGO Cruelty Free International in their joint, global campaign to end animal testing for cosmetics. The initiative builds on the EU ban on animal testing which coms into effect on March 11th.

Leona has put her name to the Limited Edition Collection by Leona Lewis. The collection contains 100% vegetarian cosmetics and will be available at selected stores from March 26th.

Leona Lewis says: “I’m passionate about beauty and Iā€™m all about animal rights. As a result, Iā€™m really conscious of where the products that I use come from. The Body Shop sells cruelty free, ethical products containing amazing Community Fair Trade ingredients. The collaboration is a natural fit!”
