Josh Groban and James Blunt are the latest artists added to the BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park line-up.
Due to take place on Sunday 8th September, BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park promises to be a day music fans won’t want to miss.
Zoe Ball, who is standing in for Chris Evans on The Breakfast Show, has been revealing the line-up each morning. Simple Minds, Jack Johnson, Texas, Jamie Cullum, Treacherous Orchestra and the Manic Street Preachers have also been confirmed to play.
Jeff Smith, Head of Music, Radio 2 and 6 Music, said: āItās great to have Radio 2 back live in Hyde Park, in the heart of the capital joined by world famous artists who reflect the breadth and diversity of the networkās output. This year the focus is on getting friends and families together for a summerās day out full of music and good times.ā
This year for the first time in its six years, the BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park festival will havve two stages. As well as the main stage there will also be a BBC Introducing Stage showcasing up-and-coming talent.
