Jonathan Jackson’s Enation announce headline UK show

Fresh from the Nashville in Concert Farewell UK Tour, Jonathan Jackson is returning to the UK for a headline show in London with his band Enation.

Jackson, his brother Richard and Jonathan Thatcher, formerly of UK band Delirious, will headline London’s Omeara on 19th May 2018. The rock trio combine alternative, post-punk and early new wave to create their own distinctive sound.

Enation are influenced by the likes of Echo & The Bunnymen, Talk Talk and Simple Minds. They released full-length album Anthems for the Apocalypse in 2017 and it features forthcoming single A Shock to the System, which Jackson has been performing on the Nashville tour.

In 2016 the band hit the Top 10 with their Billboard charting DVD and album Live From Nashville, which saw them covering Muse and Radiohead, and performing their own material.

The headline show at London’s Omeara will be the band’s debut performance on this side of the pond.

Tickets for the London Omeara show have already sold out!

Enation was formed in 2003 by Jonathan and Richard. They’ve been independently releasing music since 2004 through Hilasterion Records.

Fans will know Jackson from his roles on US soap General Hospital where he played Lucky Spencer and more recently Nashville where he plays Avery Barkley.
