Jillian Jacqueline has released a powerful video for her track Sugar and Salt.
The clip, which premiered on Billboard, showcases Jacqueline’s raw songwriting and distinctive vocal. In the video she is seen playing the song solo on electric guitar as she brings the song to life.
Sugar and Salt is taken from Jacqueline’s recently released EP Side A. It’s the latest in a string of songs unveiled by the bold new artist following Hate Me, Bleachers, God Bless This Mess and current single Reasons.

āThereās something really beautiful about couples that stay together for 50 years or more, and thereās also something really bittersweet about it,” explained Jacqueline exclusively to Billboard. “Sugar and Salt was my attempt at summing up how complicated the love in long-term relationships can be, when the history gets deeper but the staying together gets harder.ā
Jacqueline recently made her first visit to the UK where she played four shows as part of the first annual Country Music Week. We caught her supporting Drake White at The Borderline and she was sensational.
Details of Jillian Jacqueline’s debut full-length album are expected to be released soon.
